Please note that the Whistleblowing channel is not the appropriate tool for customer complaints or any contractual or commercial claims which are processed through a dedicated separate channel in accordance with the regulations in force.
It is also possible to report misconduct externally to a local competent authority, depending on where the Satispay entity you are working for/with, have worked for/with, or have applied for, is based. The competent authorities are listed on the landing page of the channel.
Local competent authorities will always consider a whistleblower’s report even if the concern has not been raised internally, but they strongly encourage reporting persons to blow the whistle internally in the first instance.
