How to use your Satispay Benefits

To start using your Satispay Benefits, set them as your preferred payment method. This way, they will automatically be used as the primary payment option in every affiliated store.

Set Satispay Benefits as your preferred payment method

  1. Click on your Satispay Benefits wallet in the Profile section

  2. Click on Set preference

  3. Click on your current preferred payment method.

  4. Click on Benefits

  5. Click on Save Preference

Shop in stores, ecommerce, or buy Gift Cards

Find stores that accept Satispay Benefits

  1. Click on "Benefits"

  2. Explore featured physical and online stores

  3. Or simply search for the stores closest to you

To search for a specific store: type the name in the search bar and click on the logo to check if it accepts our Satispay Benefits.

Select the shop or scan the QR Code

Follow the steps to use the QR code displayed at the checkout, commonly used by small businesses such as shops and neighborhood stores.

  1. Select the shop from the Stores section or scan the displayed QR Code by pressing on QR Code

  2. Enter the total purchase amount and press Send

Done! View the transaction details or receipt

Once the payment is completed, you can see the amount paid with Satispay Benefits in the transaction details and on the receipt.

Discover the Gift Cards available on Satispay

  1. Click on “Benefits”

  2. Click on the “Gift Cards” you want to purchase using your Satispay Benefits

Purchase and redeem your Gift Card

  1. Make sure your Satispay Benefits are active by checking the dedicated section

  2. Select the value of the Gift Card

  3. Press Purchase and follow the specific instructions for each Gift Card to redeem it
