Satispay Plus is a subscription plan that allows you to access exclusive benefits on Satispay services.
The plan is reserved for adult users residing in Italy and Luxembourg.

By activating Satispay Plus, you will be entitled to the following exclusive benefits:

• Free instant top-up*: top up your Availability in real-time without paying the €1.00 fee, for your first 5 monthly instant top-ups;
Feature available only for some Users. The maximum amount you can top up is shown in the App.

• Zero fees on Payment beyond Availability*: for the first 5 monthly transactions where you exceed your Availability by more than €2, you do not pay the €0.25 fee. The amount exceeding your available funds will be automatically debited from your linked bank account;
This feature is only available to select users. The maximum amount you can spend is shown in the app.

• Double Satispay Points**: earn double Satispay Points on eligible in-store and online purchases, and on Gift Card purchases in the app. For example, if you would have earned 100 points for a purchase, with Plus you receive 200!
The benefit is only available to Users who have joined the Satispay Points program.

• Satispay fees zeroed on Salvadanaio Remunerato: get additional free sharesquotas that zero out Satispay fees on the Salvadanaio Remunerato***.
The benefit is available to all users registered for the “Satispay Investment” service offered by Satispay Invest SA. Capital at risk, returns not guaranteed.

• Satispay fees zeroed on Investment funds: oget additional free shares that zero out Satispay fees on the Investment funds***.

• Priority customer support: contact us via the app and get priority assistance from Satispay whenever you need it.

• Online and In-store Purchase Protection: Insurance coverage provided by Allianz Partners and included in the Satispay Plus plan. It offers protection for issues related to online purchases and shipping, as well as coverage for in-store purchases against accidental damage, theft, and robbery, provided the event occurs within 30 days of purchase****.

• Travel Assistance and Medical Expenses: insurance coverage provided by Allianz Partners and included in the Satispay Plus plan. It offers 24/7 assistance and reimbursement of medical expenses for injuries or illnesses during trips within Italy and Europe for a maximum of 7 consecutive days****.

• Event ticket refund: insurance coverage provided by Allianz Partners that offers a refund for tickets purchased with Satispay if you can no longer attend due to unforeseen events such as injury, illness, professional reasons, or home damage****.

• Subscriptions with Selected Partners: your plan includes subscriptions to Corriere Naviga and Gazzetta+. To activate these services, please follow the instructions you will receive via email after subscribing to Satispay Plus.
These benefits remain valid as long as your Satispay Plus plan is active.

Satispay Plus is available in two payment options, depending on your needs:

• Monthly Plan: 3,.99€/month
The subscription automatically renews every month, on the same day of the month it was activated.
• Annual Plan: €39,.99/year
By choosing the annual upfront payment, you save over 16% compared to the monthly payment. The subscription automatically renews every year on your subscription date, and the cost is debited from your Availability.

It's very simple! Activate the service in a few taps from the Satispay app:

1. From the home screen, click on your profile picture, then click on the "Switch to Plus" button and explore all the benefits offered.
2. Choose your preferred payment type: monthly or annual.
3. Click the "Subscribe to Plus" button to activate Satispay Plus.

The subscription will be immediately active, and you can enjoy the included benefits right away.

The subscription fee is debited from your Availability upon activation. Make sure you have sufficient funds before proceeding.

To unlock the benefits of the Points program and the Salvadanaio Remunerato, you must first activate the services by accepting the relevant Terms and Conditions in the dedicated sections within the app.

Click on your profile image on the home screen, then on the dedicated Plus button.

Here you can:
• View the details of your active plan;
• Check the date of the next renewal and the subscription amount;
• Cancel the subscription at any time, without constraints or penalties.

The history of all Satispay Plus fees paid can be consulted directly from the app's home screen.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, directly through the app. Access the section dedicated to Satispay Plus, click on Manage, and follow the guided procedure.

If you cancel within the first 14 days of activation, you will immediately lose the Satispay Plus benefits and receive a full refund of what you have paid.

If you cancel after the first 14 days, automatic renewal will be disabled, and if you chose the:

• Monthly payment: no refund is provided. The subscription remains active until the end of the month you have already paid for.

• Annual payment: you receive a pro-rated refund calculated on the months you have not used. The subscription remains active until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Validity and Duration
• Commencement: insurance coverage is active from the very day you subscribe to the Satispay Plus plan and remains valid as long as the plan stays active.
• Covered events: protection is included for events specified in the Insurance Terms and Conditions that occur during the term of the Plus subscription.
• Request terms: requests for assistance or reimbursement can be submitted to Allianz Partners starting two days after the activation of the Plus plan (with retroactive coverage for events occurring during the first two days, provided they occur after the plan's activation). Requests may be submitted within the time limits set by the Insurance Terms and Conditions, even in the event of a subsequent cancellation of the Satispay Plus subscription.

How to request assistance or a refund
Insurance claims management is handled entirely and exclusively by Allianz Partners. Satispay does not intervene in any stage of coverage management, nor does it provide assistance or participate in the assessment or settlement of any claims or refunds.

To proceed, follow these steps:
• Open the Satispay app and go to Profile > Satispay Plus.
• Click on the policy description: here you will find Allianz Partners' direct contacts, your policy number, and instructions.
• When contacting Allianz Partners, specify that you are a Satispay Plus user and provide your full name and policy number.

*Insurance policies are included in the Satispay Plus plan — at no extra cost — provided by Allianz Partners and reserved for Italian residents with a tax code. Satispay Europe S.A. acts as the policyholder of a collective policy for its Satispay Plus members. To review limits, exclusions, and full details, please consult the Insurance Terms and Conditions available in the Satispay app.

Once you have activated your Satispay Plus plan, you will receive an email with promo codes and instructions to access our partners' services. You can access these benefits by following the procedure outlined in the email or directly within the app.

Please note: benefits are only valid as long as your Plus plan remains active. If you deactivate the plan, you will lose access to the partner services.
