How our selection process works

Every role is different, so you might only go through some of the steps below, and not necessarily in this order.

Introductory call

A first chat to get to know each other, tell you more about the role, understand your expectations, and discuss when you could join the team.

Remote interviews

We'll talk about your background and the role you've applied for. This usually lasts about 30–45 minutes: it’s the perfect opportunity to get to know each other better and see if we’re a good match.

03

Technical assessment

We'll ask you to put your skills into practice. This could be a business case or a technical call, depending on the position. It's the right moment to show us your approach and how you think.

04

Onsite interview

The final step is a meeting at one of our offices, which may include a technical component. We can't wait to meet you in person!

Your first steps in Satispay

Joining Satispay means getting involved right away. Your first few weeks are designed to make you feel part of the team from day one.

Day 1: Culture Deep Dive

On your first day, we’ll tell you about our mission, the values that guide us, and our way of working.

Bootcamp in Milan

Two days at our HQ to discover our strategy, our product, and everything that happens behind the scenes of the business.

Experiences with other teams

You can meet with up to 10 different teams to get a complete overview of how we work and collaborate.

Your buddy

A colleague will be there to guide you during your first few days, helping you get oriented, answer your questions, and offer support. This is one of the most appreciated parts of the onboarding experience for our new joiners.
