Community Bonus

1. Who is the organiser?

The organiser of the “Community Bonus” programme (the “Programme”) is Satispay Europe S.A., a Luxembourgish registered company, with registered office at 53, Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as “Satispay”, or “we/us”).
Satispay is an electronic money institution regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier with register number W00000010.
Satispay is a payment system that allows you to make purchases at affiliated stores, top-up your phone balance and exchange money with your friends in a smart and secure way.

2. Who are the programme targets?

The Programme is open to all consumers who have installed the App and finalised the activation process for the Satispay Consumer service offered by Satispay (the “Beneficiaries”). Activation is “finalised” if the personal data inserted during the registration phase have been successfully verified.
We choose Beneficiaries based on homogeneous, objective criteria we have set beforehand, also through market analysis, including, for example:
● Biographical and geographical information;
● Use of the App (budget amount, number of transactions, the total volume of transactions, the total volume of cashback used, etc.);
● Entering a specific promotional code during registration.

The Program is designed for Beneficiaries who want to help us encourage more people to use the App among their friends and acquaintances, thus helping the Satispay Community to grow.
Thanks to the Programme, Beneficiaries will be entitled to a bonus (the “Bonus”) for every invited friend (the “Friend”), under the terms and conditions described below.

3. What is the bonus and how can you get it?

The Bonus is a set amount that changes depending on the ongoing promotions.
The Bonus amount you may receive will always be shown in the App under the “Invite” section before you share your Promo Code. During specific promotions or time-limited campaigns, we might also inform you via email or push notification. In any case, the amount stated by the ongoing campaign when the invited Friend enters the Promo Code shall prevail.
Getting it is very simple.
Just use the INVITE FRIENDS function in the App or share the Promo Code with your Friends.
You will receive the Bonus only if you invite Friends who never signed up for the Satispay Consumer service.
We reserve the right not to award you the Bonus if you have a negative balance on the App when sending the invitation to your friend or when crediting the Bonus to your availability.

4. What do friends have to do?

  1. Download the App through the link received or directly from an app store
  2. Follow the guided procedure for registering with the Satispay Consumer service
  3. Start and complete the registration procedure by the end of the campaign (or, if different, by the term otherwise communicated), entering the information and uploading the documents requested
  4. Set the Budget in the App (not applicable for users between the age of 14 and 17 using the Satispay Teens service)

    Important note: if your Friend downloads the App without following your link, they will have to manually enter your Promo Code during the registration process for the service. Failure to key in the Promo Code results in the inability to receive the Bonus.

5. When will the bonus be paid out?

The Bonus you’re entitled to as Beneficiary will be paid out after your Friend has set the Budget and spent an amount equal to or greater than the bonus they are eligible to receive, as communicated to your Friend by either you or us. This amount must be spent via the App, at physical and/or online stores affiliated with the Satispay services, within 30 days (or, if different, by the term otherwise communicated), as of the conclusion of your Friend’s registration. For example, if your Friend is eligible for a 5€ bonus, then your Friend will need to pay at least 5 € via the App, to physical and/or online stores, within 30 days (or, if different, by the term otherwise communicated), as of the conclusion of his registration.


🚫 These will not be considered eligible payments:
- money transfers to contacts;
- money transfers to Savings and/or to shared Money Boxes;
- purchases of mutual fund shares or money transfers in connection with the remunerated Money Boxes offered by Satispay Invest;
- money transfers from the App to your bank account;
- gift cards purchases;
- donations;
- mobile-phone top-ups;
- road tax (if available in your country);
- slips payment, including Pago PA (if available in your country).


🚨 Important note: once the deadline communicated has passed and your Friend has not spent the required amount via the App, your Promo Code expires and you will no longer be entitled to the Bonus. 🚨


👉 Satispay may activate the Satispay Consumer service for the invited Friends only in the case of a successful result of the identification processes and appropriate checks, and also if the invited Friends have all the necessary requisites (please read and share with them the general terms of service, which you can find in the “Legal Hub” section of the website). The processes of identification and adequate checks start once registration with the Satispay Consumer service has been concluded. 👈

You can view at any time the Bonuses received as an “incoming transaction” in the “Profile” section of the App.

6. Where can you monitor a friend's activation status?

In the “Invite” section of the App, you can check at any time the activation status of the invited Friends, the Bonuses received, and the expiry date of the Promo Code.
Your Friend can also check that they have correctly entered your Promo Code by clicking on “Settings” > “Signup Promo code” in the “Profile” section of the App. If they don’t see any Promo Code, this means that they’ve not entered it during the registration.

7. What can the bonus be used for?

As a Beneficiary, you may use the Bonus credited to pay via the App to third parties affiliated with the Satispay services.

8. Suspension of the promo code

We reserve the right to suspend your Promo Code should we detect:
behaviour that is unlawful, in bad faith or non-compliant with respect to the provisions of this Programme or should we consider that your participation in the Programme may jeopardise the business and reputation of Satispay;
not genuine use of the App and/or of our services;
● abuse in the manner you got the Bonus and/or fraudulent actions to get the Bonus, also with the cooperation of other Beneficiaries, against the purpose and the terms of the Programme or other Satispay’s programmes.


Your Promo Code will be suspended with immediate effect after notification via email.
Moreover, in the cases listed above, at our discretion, we reserve the right to revoke or recover the Bonus already paid out. The Bonus will be revoked by deducting it from your Balance after notification via email.
Should we detect a systematic abuse of this Programme, also with the cooperation of other Beneficiaries, not only we may revoke all Bonuses you have received, but we reserve the right to deactivate your account and to suspend and/or interrupt the Satispay Consumer service with immediate effect.


Please note!
From the date of suspension of the Promo Code, for each invited Friend who has not yet spent the required amount via the App, you will receive no Bonus.

9. Duration, modification, suspension and cancellation of the programme

The Programme is valid until June 30, 2026 (included).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend and/or cancel the Programme at any time. In this case, we will give advance notice of our decision via notification on the App, via email or through the website www.satispay.com.


👉 The modification, suspension and/or cancellation of the Programme will not affect the enrolments already started, nor the Bonuses accrued before the date of effect of the modification/suspension/cancellation. 👈

10. Processing of personal data

We process the personal data of Beneficiaries in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws. For further information please consult our privacy policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Program and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, provided that the law at the place of the Beneficiary's residence or domicile may also be applied if mandatory applicable or more consumer-protective provisions are concerned. For the resolution of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Program, the competent court shall be the court of the Beneficiary's residence or domicile.
