Satispay Benefits are perks provided by the employer to their employees that allow the purchase of products or services.


Like all Corporate Welfare services, the amount and method of disbursement can vary and depends on the employer.


Our Benefits are entirely digital and you can use them via the App in electronics stores, clothing shops, cosmetics, gas stations, and many others.


Satispay Benefits can be spent at any time, in affiliated stores, in one or more transactions until the available credit runs out. Always and only with a simple tap!


💡 The validity of Satispay Benefits is 12 months from issuance.

Enter the App and click on the Satispay Benefits (Buoni Acquisto) filter in the Shops (Negozi) section to find out where to use them!


You have no daily usage limit 🙌


Last but not least: in the Profile > Satispay Benefits section you can check how much credit you still have available, the credit date, and the expiration date.

There are two possible reasons:


1) You selected the "Balance only" option

By activating this item in the Profile > Settings > Pay with section, you will always give priority to your personal Balance for all payments.


2) You purchased products or services that cannot be purchased with Satispay Benefits

With Satispay Benefits credit it is not possible to:

  • pay pagoPA bulletins/bills
  • make donations to Non-Profits
  • make purchases in tobacconists, pharmacies, and parapharmacies
