We believe in teamwork and creativity. Our reference model includes three days in the office and two remote. While this is our norm, we manage it with flexibility to find the best solution for every personal need.


This policy is not a rigid rule, and its application may vary for each role. We will provide you with all the specific details during the selection process.

Great question! We want to give every application the attention it deserves. We receive many applications, but we commit to giving you feedback within 2 weeks, whether the feedback is positive or negative. We will do our best to send you updates at every step of the process and we are always available if you wish to contact us.

Of course: if we haven't selected you for one role, it doesn't mean you're not the ideal fit for another! You can apply for all the positions that interest you, and we might even consider your profile for a role different from the one you had in mind. If you don't receive positive feedback, you can always try again.

We welcome talent from all over the world and are excited to hear about your international ambitions. If you are thinking of relocating to one of our offices in Italy (Milan and Naples), Luxembourg, or Spain, we will help you make the process simpler, with relocation packages and all useful information about the destination country.
