Satispay and HRC bring the Corporate Welfare Roadshow to Monza on 23 June

From new regulations to inclusion and HR innovation, the event brings together entrepreneurs, HR managers and administrative managers to rethink corporate welfare as a genuine strategic lever

Milan, 22 June 2026

Satispay, the super-app that makes managing money and financial services simple and accessible, and HRC, the largest HR community of national and international companies, are continuing their series of travelling events dedicated to the new frontiers of corporate welfare. The next stop will take place tomorrow, 23 June, in Monza at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, Viale di Vedano 5, from 4:30 p.m. to approximately 6:30 p.m.

Aimed at entrepreneurs, HR managers and administrative managers, the roadshow seeks to explore and simplify the latest developments in corporate welfare and people care strategies. Its common thread is a change of perspective: moving beyond a view of corporate welfare focused merely on benefits to embrace a broader one, in which it becomes a strategic lever intertwining engagement, retention, sustainability and compliance. This approach supports company decision-makers in building effective, digital welfare plans that are genuinely close to their employees' needs.

Speakers during the evening will include: Andrea Cottu, Welfare Corporate Regional Manager at Satispay; Davide Boffi, Partner and Europe Head of Employment and Labour at Dentons Europe Studio Legale Tributario; Nicoletta Caccia, HR Director at Alfamation S.p.A.; Giulia Mazza, HR Manager at DazeTechnology S.r.l.; and Simona Carnabuci, HR Director at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. The panel combines legal, HR and technology expertise to offer a comprehensive view of how welfare is evolving within organisations across Lombardy.

Andrea Cottu, Welfare Corporate Regional Manager at Satispay, commented: "Lombardy has always been a major innovation hub, and the adoption of corporate welfare confirms this. Growth is most intense here, and companies show greater openness to digital tools capable of making a difference. Through this roadshow, we want to help draw attention to and promote ever greater awareness of companies' ability to use welfare as a strategic lever for attracting and retaining skills, and of workers' ability to increase their purchasing power and plan their future. We are doing this one step at a time, because we believe change is also built by starting with local communities—and that is why we are in Monza."

Lombardy remains the leading region for Satispay adoption, a position that also extends to welfare. The growth speaks for itself: in seven months—since the roadshow's previous stop in the city in November 2025—the figures have almost doubled. Of the region's more than 1.4 million users, over 113,000 are employees of more than 12,000 companies that have chosen Satispay's welfare tools, which can be spent across a network of more than 70,000 participating merchants.

Monza province, in particular, has a local community of approximately 143,000 users. Of these, more than 11,400 are employees of 1,024 companies that have already adopted Satispay Meal Vouchers and Fringe Benefits, usable at almost 6,000 participating merchants.

Satispay

On the market since 2015, Satispay is the super-app and proprietary payment network that makes managing money and financial services simple and accessible. With a constantly growing community of more than 6.5 million people, the platform enables smartphone payments (in-store and online), free money transfers and access to numerous value-added services: the Cashback Points loyalty programme, Buy Now Pay Later to split everyday spending into 3 interest-free instalments, mobile top-ups, payment of slips, car and motorcycle road tax, PagoPA, gift cards, Donations and savings. After consolidating its B2C experience, Satispay extended its model to the B2B world. In September 2023, it entered corporate welfare with the innovative Satispay Meal Vouchers and Fringe Benefits, followed by the Satispay FlexBen platform, which simplifies the management of reimbursements and pension funds. In just over two years, Satispay has positioned itself among the sector's leading operators, with 43,000 client companies whose employees it offers next-generation welfare tools distinguished by their simplicity and speed of use, together with one of Italy's broadest acceptance networks (more than 450,000 participating in-store and online merchants). Finally, Satispay expanded its offering with the Investments section and Invested Money Box, making investing accessible even to those approaching capital markets for the first time.
