Milan, 25 May 2026
Satispay, the super-app that makes managing money and financial services simple and accessible, will stop in Ravenna on 27 May at Ristorante Valentino with its Corporate Welfare Roadshow. The event — scheduled to begin at 18:00 — is designed for entrepreneurs, HR managers and administrative managers who want to learn about the latest regulatory developments and discover how to build effective, digital welfare plans that are genuinely close to their employees' needs.
The Romagna event will also feature a contribution from lawyer Cathy La Torre. Her remarks will offer a broad perspective: welfare is not a contractual obligation to be fulfilled, but a practical tool for addressing the equity, inclusion and social-responsibility needs that companies face every day.
The evening will be further enriched by contributions from Tullio Bonomo, Area Manager at Satispay, Emanuela Molteni, Labour Consultant at Zeta Service Lumina, and Davide Piraccini, People Care & Development Leader at Amadori, who will share the tangible results of the Satispay Welfare model adopted by the company, offering first-hand evidence of how digital and innovative tools can transform the culture of corporate wellbeing.
Tullio Bonomo, Area Manager at Satispay, commented: "Corporate welfare works if people actually use it, every day, without friction. The real challenge today is not only technological, but above all cultural: the companies that are succeeding are those that have stopped treating welfare as a contractual obligation and made it part of their growth strategy. With our dual B2C and B2B identity, Satispay speaks the everyday language of workers, offering a digital experience that is consistent with their habits".
Cathy La Torre, lawyer and activist, states: "Welfare works when it embraces everyone who makes up a workplace, when it is not designed 'only' for new parents, or sometimes only for new mothers, and when it is not treated as a bureaucratic requirement but approached with foresight and modernity. It works when it takes into account that as many as 5 different generations now coexist in a workplace, with completely different characteristics and needs".
Davide Piraccini, People Care & Development Leader at Amadori, adds: "The partnership with Satispay stems from our desire to digitize and simplify services for our employees. We started with a targeted project to test the system's effectiveness, and the feedback we are receiving from those who use it is excellent. The network's extensive reach and the smart approach are proving to be significant added value at this stage of our journey".
Emilia-Romagna is one of the regions with the highest penetration of Satispay and its corporate welfare services. More than 840,000 users in Romagna already use the app across a network of more than 53,000 affiliated stores in the area. In particular, over 44,000 of them are employees of almost 5,000 companies that have already chosen Satispay for their welfare plans.
Ravenna plays a leading role in this landscape: the city already has more than 61,000 users, around 400 client companies covering more than 2,000 employees, and a network of over 3,600 affiliated stores.
Satispay
Founded in 2015, Satispay is the super-app and proprietary payment network that makes managing money and financial services simple and accessible. With a constantly growing community of 6 million people, the platform allows users to pay via smartphone (at in-store and online merchants), transfer money free of charge and access numerous value-added services: the Cashback Points loyalty program, Buy Now Pay Later to split everyday expenses into 3 interest-free instalments, mobile top-ups, payment of slips, car and motorcycle road tax, PagoPA, gift cards, Donations and savings. After consolidating its experience in the B2C market, Satispay extended its model to the B2B market. In September 2023, it entered corporate welfare with the innovative Satispay Meal Vouchers and Fringe Benefits, followed by the Satispay FlexBen platform, which simplifies the management of reimbursements and pension funds. In just over two years, Satispay has positioned itself among the leading operators in the sector, with more than 40,000 client companies whose employees it offers a new generation of welfare tools that are simple and quick to use, as well as one of the broadest spending networks in Italy (more than 400,000 affiliated in-store and online merchants). Finally, Satispay expanded its offering with the Investments section and the Invested Money Box, making investing accessible even to those approaching capital markets for the first time.
