How to pay using only your Satispay Meal Vouchers

If your Available balance is €0 or too low to complete the transaction, or you want to pay using only Meal Vouchers, no problem! Follow this guide.

If you have not linked an IBAN yet, or your Budget or Available balance is €0:

Link your IBAN and wait for your bank to enable you to use Satispay
Set a Budget or Available balance above €0 in your personal profile

This lets you pay in a single transaction using Satispay Meal Vouchers together with your Available balance, avoiding separate payments. Find out how! Can you imagine anything quicker and easier?

If you would rather pay using only your Satispay Meal Vouchers, follow the instructions below:

Set Meal Vouchers as your priority payment method

This means they will always be used before your Available balance.

1.Open the side menu and tap Meal Vouchers.

2.Turn on Use Meal Vouchers as priority payment method.

Remember that you can use up to 8 Meal Vouchers in a single transaction.

Select the store or scan the QR code

The static QR code is displayed at the till and is used by small businesses such as bars, restaurants and grocery stores.

1.Tap Pay, select QR Code and scan the QR code.

2.Enter the face value of your Meal Vouchers, or a multiple of it, and tap Send.

3.If your Meal Vouchers do not cover the full amount, pay the remainder using another payment method (electronic or cash).

If you enter an amount that does not match the face value of your Meal Vouchers (or a multiple of it), or if you have run out of Meal Vouchers, the payment will not go through.
