How to spend your Satispay Shopping Vouchers

You can use Shopping Vouchers in physical stores, online or turn them into Gift Cards. Follow the guide to find out how.

Set Shopping Vouchers as your priority payment method

This way, they will be used automatically before your Available balance.

1.Open the side menu and tap Shopping Vouchers.
2.Turn on Use Shopping Vouchers as priority payment method.
If the amount exceeds the value of your Shopping Vouchers, the remainder will be deducted from your Available balance.

Shop in physical stores and online

Select the store or scan the QR code

The static QR code is displayed at the till and is used by small businesses such as local shops and stores.

1.Select the store from the Stores section or scan the displayed QR code by tapping QR Code.
2.Enter the total purchase amount and tap Send.

Enter or confirm the purchase amount

Your Shopping Vouchers will be used automatically.

1.Enter the total purchase amount and tap Send.
2.The amount covered by Shopping Vouchers will be deducted automatically.

Done! View the transaction details

Check how much you paid with Shopping Vouchers at any time.

1.Tap the transaction to view the receipt and the amount details.

Turn Shopping Vouchers into Gift Cards

Open the Gift Cards section in the app

Explore the catalogue of available brands.

1.Open the side menu and tap Gift Cards.
2.Choose your preferred brand from those available.

Choose an amount and buy your Gift Card

Pay for the Gift Card using your Shopping Vouchers.

1.Select the desired amount and confirm your purchase.
2.Shopping Vouchers will be used automatically for the payment.

Done! Find your Gift Card in the app

Use the Gift Card code wherever you like.

1.Open the Gift Cards section to view the code and instructions for use.
