Milan, 17 June 2026 – Satispay, the super-app that makes managing money and financial services simple and accessible, and Hippocrates Holding, Italy's leading pharmacy retail group, announce a partnership integrating the fintech's payment solutions throughout the pharmaceutical group's ecosystem: from in-store and online payments to corporate welfare for its more than 3,000 employees. The collaboration forms part of Hippocrates Holding's well-established strategy, through which it has built an accessible, modern healthcare presence close to people, where reliability combined with a simple experience—right through to payment—is an integral part of the value offered to customers. Digitising physical and online payment methods means making every customer interaction smoother while also simplifying the thousands of transactions managed by the network's pharmacies every day. For this reason, Hippocrates Holding has chosen to integrate Satispay as a payment method—including its recent "Buy Now Pay Later" evolution—at all more than 600 *Lafarmacia.* branded pharmacies—the Group's retail brand—across Italy, as well as at the group's 14 beauty centres and on the topfarmacia.it e-commerce site. Moreover, in keeping with the advanced "service pharmacy" model that distinguishes the chain, the integration also includes Connect—the B2B service developed by Satispay that enables pharmacies and parapharmacies to accept payments of healthcare fees for specialist and outpatient services through the PagoPA system. This gives Lafarmacia. customers an improved experience and the important advantage of avoiding queues at clinics or hospitals to pay for services. The agreement between these two young, innovative organisations committed to developing new models goes even further, also encompassing corporate welfare. Hippocrates Holding has chosen Satispay Meal Vouchers for its more than 3,000 employees: a simple, digital, next-generation tool. They can be used through the app across Italy's most extensive corporate-welfare network in terms of spendability, which includes the leading large-scale retail and discount chains and thousands of food shops, cafés and restaurants throughout Italy, including Michelin-starred establishments. Hippocrates Holding thus joins a community of more than 43,000 companies—from SMEs to large enterprises—with over 400 thousand workers already using the tech company's welfare tools.
