Satispay and HRC come together in Rome to shape the new corporate welfare

A new tour of meetings focused on the employee experience gets underway

Milan, 24 February 2026

Satispay, the super-app that makes money and financial-service management simple and accessible, together with HRC – the largest HR community of national and international companies – is launching a series of meetings dedicated to the new frontiers of corporate welfare.

The first event will be held in Rome on 26 February and will focus on how companies can respond today to employees' new needs in terms of retention, sustainability and organizational wellbeing. In a constantly changing labour market, welfare is no longer merely a collection of ancillary benefits, but a pillar of corporate strategy. The meeting aims to examine how digital payment tools and integrated welfare solutions can improve employees' everyday lives while optimizing compliance and costs for companies.

Two years after its launch, with Satispay Welfare the tech company is establishing itself as a new benchmark model in the Italian market: more than 350,000 employees at over 40,000 client companies benefit from a smooth, intuitive experience directly in the app, with no paper or digital vouchers to convert and no risk of unspent funds. Satispay Meal Vouchers and Fringe Benefits can be spent across Italy's largest network — more than 400,000 in-store and online outlets — including cafés, restaurants of every kind (including Michelin-starred venues) and major chains such as Esselunga, Carrefour and Eataly, through to discount stores such as MD.

The capital is an especially significant stop in this series of meetings: in the metropolitan city and the province, more than 10,400 employees already use Satispay Meal Vouchers and Fringe Benefits. These figures describe an area with a strong inclination toward innovation, the ideal setting for an exchange of ideas that goes beyond celebration and is capable of generating vision.

Michela Cosa, Welfare Corporate Regional Manager at Satispay, explained: "In two years, we have shown that it is possible to deliver welfare differently: making it simpler for people and more effective for companies. Today, the real challenge is not technological, but cultural. The companies that are succeeding are those that have stopped treating welfare as a mere contractual obligation and made it an integral part of their strategy. With its dual B2C and B2B nature, Satispay speaks employees' everyday language, offering a digital experience consistent with their habits."

Marco Gallo, Managing Director of HRC, stated: "Today, welfare is a tangible indicator of how an organization chooses to care for people and, at the same time, of how capable it is of making processes and costs sustainable. Through this series of meetings, we want to bring companies case studies, data and operational tools — in keeping with HRC's mission — to turn benefits into a genuine lever for retention, wellbeing and responsibility, integrating them with digital solutions that are easy to use and robust from a compliance standpoint."

The Rome meeting is the first in a series of stops at which Satispay and HRC will bring companies testimonials, data and practical tools to rethink welfare as an integral part of corporate culture.

HRC Community

HRC Community is the largest HR community of national and international companies, activating relationships and engaging thousands of managers every day while offering opportunities for problem solving, benchmarking, networking, knowledge sharing and net-learning.

Satispay

Founded in 2015, Satispay is the super-app and proprietary payment network that makes money and financial-service management simple and accessible. With a constantly growing community of 6 million people, the platform allows users to pay by smartphone (at in-store and online merchants), exchange money free of charge and access numerous value-added services: the Cashback Points loyalty program, Buy Now Pay Later to split everyday expenses into 3 interest-free instalments, mobile top-ups, payment of slips, car and motorcycle road tax, PagoPA, gift cards, Donations and savings. After consolidating its B2C experience, Satispay extended its model to the B2B world. In September 2023, it entered corporate welfare with the innovative Satispay Meal Vouchers and Fringe Benefits, followed by the Satispay FlexBen platform, which simplifies the management of reimbursements and pension funds. In just over two years, Satispay has established itself as one of the sector's leading operators, with more than 40,000 client companies already, offering their employees next-generation welfare tools that are simple and quick to use, as well as one of Italy's broadest acceptance networks (more than 400,000 participating in-store and online merchants). And finally, Satispay expanded its offering with the Investments section and Invested Money Box, making investing accessible even to those approaching capital markets for the first time.
