Satispay launches 3 new Investment Funds and unveils its new "Investments" section, for complete financial management in a single app

Supported by Invesco, the tech company continues its mission to lower entry barriers and democratize investing. Just over 6 months after the launch of the Invested Money Box, more than 300,000 users have started investing.

Milan, 8 January 2026

Satispay today takes the next step in its mission to revolutionize investing in Italy. Building on the success of the "Invested Money Box", the company is announcing the expansion of its offering with three new Investment Funds (Bonds, Balanced, Global Equity), designed to support users as they plan their life goals.

With the new products, Satispay is launching the app's new Investments section, designed to provide a clear and simple experience, access to all the necessary information, and the ability to monitor the performance of users' choices.

"From mid-May to December, we saw more than 300,000 users invest. I believe this is a result that only a company like ours, which interacts every day with such a large and attentive community, could achieve. Even more interestingly, not only have more than €120 million already been deposited in the Invested Money Box, but two out of three investors have set up a recurring investment plan, reflecting rapid and informed adoption of our service," commented Alberto Dalmasso, co-founder and CEO of Satispay. "We started out to provide an alternative to cash sitting idle in bank accounts, and now we are taking a further step. We are addressing not only those who are just starting out, but also those who already invest. With these new tools, we are meeting the needs of people who want to build financial independence and plan their future, continuing our mission to contribute to a new culture of money management and transform Italy from a country of savers into a country of investors."

The partner for this new offering is Invesco, which, with more than $2,000 billion under management, is one of the world's leading independent asset managers and will serve as portfolio manager for the new products. Satispay worked actively with Invesco to define the portfolio guidelines for each fund. The funds' operations are also subject to the supervision and control of Fondaco, the fund management company also responsible for risk management.

The aim of these partnerships is to democratize access to high-quality investment solutions, making them available to all of Satispay's more than 6 million users.

In addition, to make it easier to top up the Satispay wallet with sums appropriate to different investment-plan choices, the fintech has introduced a program assigning a personal IBAN, which users may choose to activate directly in the app. This feature makes it possible, for example, to receive funds from a user's other current accounts that are not linked to Satispay or, with younger people in mind, to receive a contribution easily from parents or grandparents to fund their investment plans.

The three new funds, available in the app's new Investments section, were designed to help users choose the most suitable product for their goals:

  • Satispay Bonds: a fund that invests in European corporate and government bonds, intended for those with short-term goals. Low risk profile and limited expected return.

  • Satispay Balanced: a balanced fund (a mix of stocks, bonds and government bonds) for medium-term projects. Medium risk profile and moderate expected return.

  • Satispay Global Equity: a fund containing shares in leading global companies, for long-term investors. Higher risk profile and higher expected return.

In keeping with its philosophy, Satispay makes the experience as simple as possible, retaining its distinctive features and adding new ones:

  • No buying or selling costs: on every transaction and with no limits, also to encourage recurring investment plans.

  • No minimum amount: investing starts from just €1.

  • Flexibility: funds can be redeemed at any time.

  • Simplified tax management: users do not need to worry about any tax matters, as Satispay handles all the required formalities.

This launch marks a new chapter in Satispay's mission: to become the point of reference for money management, providing high-value-added services with its hallmark simplicity.

Annual management fees are stated in the information documents for the individual funds.

Investment services are provided by Satispay Invest S.A., authorized and regulated by the CSSF (no. P555). Investments involve risks, including the potential loss of capital. Returns are not guaranteed, are variable, subject to taxation and affected by market fluctuations. This is a marketing communication and does not constitute investment advice.
