Milan, 16 June 2026 – Satispay, the super-app that makes managing money and financial services simple and accessible, together with HRC, the largest HR community of national and international companies, will stop in Genoa on 17 June at ADVANT NCTM's offices at via Roma 10 with the Corporate Welfare Roadshow.
The event, scheduled from 16:30 until approximately 18:30, is part of a series of 10 meetings developed in partnership with HRC across Italy. Designed for entrepreneurs, HR managers and administrative managers, it aims to build greater awareness of welfare and its regulatory and digital evolution.
The common thread is a change in perspective: moving beyond a view of corporate welfare focused merely on benefits to embrace a broader one, in which welfare becomes a strategic lever intertwining engagement, retention, sustainability and compliance. This approach supports corporate decision-makers in building effective, digital welfare plans that are genuinely close to their employees' needs.
The evening will be enriched by contributions from: Stefano Pesando, Welfare Corporate Regional Manager at Satispay; lawyer Emanuela Vignolo, HR Director Med & Africa at RINA Group; Michela Giustini, Employer Branding, DEI and Crew Experience Director, and Cristina Puppo, HR Shoreside Business Partner, for Costa Crociere SpA; and Francesca Pittau and Roberta Russo, lawyers and Partners at ADVANT Nctm. During their talks, they will share real experiences and perspectives on how corporate welfare is evolving in leading organizations across Liguria.
